1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Rynex, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Service description

Rynex provides a SaaS platform for ecommerce AI sales assistance, conversation-driven product discovery, recommendation workflows, and conversion attribution reporting.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You must notify Rynex promptly if unauthorized access is suspected.

4. Permitted use and restrictions

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to access tenant data that does not belong to your organization.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. Price updates may occur with prior notice and apply to future billing periods.

6. Data processing

Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Merchants retain rights to their underlying storefront and customer data, subject to these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Rynex and associated software, models, branding, and product materials remain the intellectual property of Rynex and its licensors.

8. Availability and support

Service levels and support scope depend on your plan. Planned maintenance and incident response are handled according to operational policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rynex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate according to applicable subscription terms. Access may be suspended for material breach or security risk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your commercial agreement with Rynex.
